Hi, I’m Todd Handy. I’ve spent the better part of three decades helping companies grow. Not just with revenue numbers and strategy decks (though I do love a good deck), but by building relationships, simplifying the complex, and rolling up my sleeves to actually do the work.

I’ve worked in media, SaaS, AdTech, and outsourcing (BPO and managed services), often at the edge of 'what’s next,' but Disruptive Impact is where I’ve brought it all together.

I’m also a cancer survivor. Diagnosed in 2009, with a few curveballs since, including six months of chemo in 2023. Still, I kept running. Kept riding. Kept showing up. That experience didn’t just shape how I live; it shaped how I lead. With perspective. With urgency. With a deep respect for people and the time they give to the work.

Outside of the business world, more than anything, I love being with my wife of 33 years, our three amazing daughters, their equally awesome husbands, our six grandkids who keep us laughing, and my wonderful mom who lives close by.

You can also find me on a bike, on a run, on the slopes, [sometimes] on a golf course, or [often] yelling at the TV watching Survivor (yes, I still want to be on the show).

I believe in being real, being kind, and building things that last. If that resonates, I think we’d get along great.
